  1. Order Processing
  • Orders received will be processed on the same or next working day of receipt. Availability of stocks could affect ordering processing by a day or 2.

2. Order Delivery 

  • ISH will use well reputed courier partners we have set of same day delivery pincodes where we use Zippee as our delivery partners, orders from these pincodes are delivered on the same day or next day
  • For other pincodes we use couriers like ST, DTDC, Delhivery and Shadowfax. And delivery takes 2-7 days depending on the location
  • Delivery timeline is based on best effort and not binding, this could be inflenced by natural disasters, heavy rain, and other unforeseen circumstances
  1.  Shipping Rates: Orders above 349/- free shhipping, orders below Rs.349/- a shipping fee of Rs.59/- will be charged.
  2. Missing or Damaged Items
  • If you receive an order with missing items or items that are damaged during transit, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
