- Returns:
We do not accept returns as these are food products, However incase of valid reasons like missing items in packaging, damaged item received or expired products received, we will provide 100% replacement to customers. Upon receiving your package, we kindly request that you inspect the shipping box carefully before accepting it. If you notice any signs of tampering, damage, or suspicion that the package has been compromised during transit, please do not accept the parcel from the courier or delivery personnel. - Exchanges:
We understand that there might be instances where a change in weight or the product itself occurs during transit. In such cases, we are happy to facilitate exchanges. Please follow the process below for exchanges:
- Notification: If you receive a product with a noticeable change in weight (in grams) or the product itself, please notify us within 1 day of receiving the order. You can reach out to our customer support team at customercare@indiansnackhouse.com or customersupport Whatsapp number +919385440342.
- Evidence: Provide photographic evidence clearly showing the discrepancy in weight or product condition. This will help us verify the issue and process the exchange promptly.
- Approval: Once we review the evidence and confirm the discrepancy, we will approve the exchange and provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping: We will arrange the return shipping and please handover the original packaging.
- Exchange Process: Upon approval of your return request, we will expedite the exchange process. We will immediately ship the replacement product to you. This process is designed to minimize any inconvenience caused by a return and ensure that you receive your desired item as quickly as possible.
- Providing refunds for any discrepancies in product quantity or weight.
- If we confirm a weight discrepancy or product mismatch, and it cannot be resolved through the shipment of the correct product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 to 7 days. This refund will include any applicable shipping fees.

Please note that this policy is designed to address specific situations where there is a noticeable discrepancy in weight or the product itself due to factors beyond your control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Cancellations & Shipping Timelines
For same-day delivery pincodes (as listed on our website), orders placed before 3 PM will be dispatched on the same day, while those placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the next day. Once dispatched, delivery will be attempted on the same day. However, in certain cases such as unforeseen weather conditions, issues in reaching the customer, or operational delays from our delivery partners, delivery may be rescheduled for the following day. Customers will be notified of such changes via WhatsApp by our fulfillment partner, Zippee. Delivery agents will make up to three attempts to deliver the order. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled by our team. However, customers can request the delivery person to cancel and return the package at the time of delivery. In rare instances, there could be delays in dispatch due to reasons such as stockouts of specific products, floods, heavy rains, major holidays, strikes, delivery partner unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, etc. In such situations, dispatch may be delayed by 24 to 72 hours.
For all other pincodes, we ship using reputed courier partners like Delhivery, DTDC, etc. Dispatch in these cases may take up to 48 to 72 working hours. After dispatch, deliveries typically take 3 to 7 days depending on the location. In case of delays caused by courier partners due to factors like logistical backlogs, weather issues, public events, etc., our team will actively follow up to ensure timely delivery. If a product becomes unusable due to excessive delays, such as in the case of expiry, we will offer a 100% refund or replacement.
As with same-day deliveries, once an order is dispatched for standard delivery areas, cancellation is not possible from our end. However, customers may still ask the delivery partner to cancel and return the package at the time of delivery.
Refund Timeline:
In case of a RTO: Incase if a prepaid order has not been delivered after multiple attempts due to whatsoever reason then refund will get automatically initiated once the order has comes back to source warehouse.
Incase of Product or Service Issues: Incase of legit product or service issue when a refund is approved by customer support team then refund will be credited to customer within 3-5 working days.
